These biscuits are baked with rye glosta – a historic grain that was cultivated already in the Stone Age, over 5000 years ago and was used until the 20th century but then disappeared. Today it is grown on only one hectare in the whole world, with us, which makes our biscuits a taste experience beyond the ordinary.
Plus, with a little Dala Lantvete which gives this cultural grain a fantastic taste.

With their unique character – light crunchiness and a subtle sweetness – they highlight flavor nuances in both aged cheeses, cold-smoked fish and buttery spreads.
