Homemade pasta made with home-milled flour from home-grown wheat. How many points do you get for that?
Wheat flour + water (skipping the eggs due to allergy). It was good anyway, but the fried halloumi was even worse 😋
Anyone else make their own pasta?
This summer I think we'll run a pop-up restaurant for a day with outrageously expensive prices and 100% local ingredients to make pizza and pasta. I have flour, do some others have cheese, meat, tomatoes or lettuce? You can probably buy salt, but it would still be fun to try!
