Today I cleaned rye groats with the large cleaning machine. Then I peeled some of the rye groats, so that the outer shell comes off. This makes it easier to grind it into flour in the next step.
When I ground it into flour, I sifted the flour, but also saved the bran.
Well tonight I tested two recipes, one for Ryegrass biscuits, 2 parts ryegrass flour and 1 part Dala Lantvete + water, oil and salt.

The next test was to use both the flour and bran of rye groats and crushed rye groats + a little Dala wheat flour, together with water, oil, salt and a few different seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame and flax seeds. I made a batter that I spread on a baking sheet.
Hedde into the oven and waited an hour.
Mmm so delicious! Thumbs up for both products!
